We are not a call centre
People and AI on the same desk. The AI handles the repeats, our people handle the rest, and what we build stays yours.
A call centre gives you seats. We give you a desk that learns
We believe people and AI belong on the same desk. The AI answers what has been answered before, in seconds, at any hour. The people handle everything that needs judgement.
Neither one is enough on its own. Automation alone reads like a robot and loses the customer. People alone go home at six.
What is left behind either way is your knowledge base: your answers, your prices, your rules, written down and yours to keep.
Where we stand, before you ask
People and AI, each doing what it is good at
The AI handles the questions that have been asked a hundred times, which is why an answer comes back in seconds at 1am. Anything that needs judgement, an angry customer, an unusual request, real money, goes to a person on our team.
The human touch is the point
A fast reply that reads like a robot still loses the customer. Our people read what goes out, keep your tone, and take the conversation over the moment it stops being routine.
We are not a call centre
No banks of seats, no script read word for word, no agent who has never heard of your business. A small team learns how you work and stays on your account.
We build your knowledge base
Every answer we work out with you gets written down: your prices, your policies, the awkward questions. It is your document. If you ever stop working with us you take it with you, along with your number, your inbox and your records.
We train your staff if you want it
Some owners eventually want the desk back in-house. We will train your own people on the same knowledge base rather than hold it over you.
We do not promise you sales or leads
We answer fast, follow up properly and never let an enquiry go cold, and that does turn into sales. But the leads come from your marketing, not from us. Anyone putting a number on that is guessing.
We are flexible
Start with one channel. Add another when it is working. Change the hours, pause a department, take one back. Three months to start, then one month's notice.
Your customer data stays where it is
We work inside the tools you already use instead of copying your database out. Only the people on your account get access, and personal data is handled under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
